Exchanges and Returns

According to the legally provided, exchanges and returns of Maballa articles are authorized, provided that some assumptions and conditions are verified.

The exchange or return of customized items or in any way altered at the request of the customer is not authorized.

Exchange or return requests must be addressed to Maballa, unequivocally, to the suporte@maballa.com email, within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the order, in the case of exchange, or 14 days after receiving the order, in the case of return.

Any exchange or return request must indicate the order number and items to be exchanged and/or returned. In the case of a defective return request, the evidence must be specified.

In the event of a defect return, Maballa assumes the responsibility for collecting the address item to be indicated by the customer-provided that it is located in the country of origin of the purchase. The respective return of the value of the part will be made through a method to be agreed with the customer, and we reserve the right not to make cash returns.

If a return is requested by the customer, a voucher with its value will be issued for use in future purchases in the online store. The value of the voucher will only be related to the cost of the product and not the shipping cost.

In the case of exchange for a smaller item, the difference will be reimbursed through a voucher for the online store. The value inherent in the shipping ports of the exchange process is the customer's entire responsibility.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by the Maballa, upon analysis of the status of the items to be returned. Upon receipt of the items in our premises, we carry out a careful analysis of them and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

(A) the product (s) has not been used;
(B) the product (s) retains its original characteristics and labels intact;
C) The product (s) are complete and was sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

The customer must request the return of the order sent an email to suporte@maballa.com indicating the item (s) to be returned, as well as the order number and/or the evidence of defect.

In case you want to exchange your product, you can do so for another model or size or request a refund through a voucher in the amount of the item (s) you wish to exchange.

The exchange request must be sent to Maballa within 14 (fourteen) days after the purchase. The valley lasts 30 days after its issue.

In the case of vouchers, the use of this value is not subject to any validity, and can be discounted when desired.

Please note that vouchers are non-refundable and that later exchanges of items purchased with voucher will always be made through voucher.
