Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with legal provisions, exchanges and returns of Maballa items are authorized, as long as certain assumptions and conditions are met.

The exchange or return of personalized items or items altered in any way at the customer's request is not authorized.

Requests for exchange or return must be addressed to Maballa, unequivocally, to the email support@maballa.com, within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the order, in the case of an exchange, or 14 days after receipt of the order , in case of return.

Any request for exchange or return must indicate the order number and the items to be exchanged and/or returned. In the case of a return request due to defects, the respective evidence must be specified.

In the event of a defective return, Maballa assumes responsibility for collecting the item at the address indicated by the customer - as long as it is located in the country of origin of the purchase. The respective refund of the value of the piece will be made using a method to be agreed with the customer, and we reserve the right not to make cash refunds.

If a return is requested by the customer, a voucher will be issued with the respective value for use in future purchases in the online store. The value contained in the voucher will only relate to the cost of the product and not the respective shipping costs.

In the case of an exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded through a voucher for the online store. The value inherent to the shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Maballa, upon analysis of the condition of the items to be returned. After receiving the items at our facilities, we carefully analyze them and returns will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

a) The product(s) was not used;
b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

The customer must request the return of the order by sending an email to support@maballa.com indicating the item(s) to be returned, as well as the order number and/or respective proof of defect.

If you want to exchange your product, you can do so for another model or size or request a refund through a voucher for the value of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

The exchange request must be sent to Maballa within 14 (fourteen) days after purchase. The voucher lasts for 30 days after issuance.

In the case of vouchers, the use of this value is not subject to any validity and can be discounted whenever desired.

Please note that vouchers are non-refundable and that subsequent exchanges of items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher.
