Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to return/exchange an item purchased on www.maballa.com, you have 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
Returns are made using a voucher code , which you can use within 30 days. Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition. It should be noted that MABALLA is not responsible for the payment of postage for exchanges or returns, which will be deducted in the event of a return. (5.99€)
No exchanges will be made on sale items/promotional campaigns - if the customer sends the item anyway, there will be a penalty of €4.99.
Festive season items (namely Christmas items) will not be exchanged or refunded.
Damaged or anomaly items must be exchanged for the same item. (color, size, pattern)
* All returns/exchanges that are sent in the form of a charge will not be collected and subsequently returned, with full responsibility being borne by the customer.
