MABALLA sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays and weekends, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time for Portugal is 24/48h and for Europe varies between 5-7 working days. Rest of the world: 10-20 working days.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you wish to return/exchange an item purchased on www.maballa.com, you have 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition. It should be noted that MABALLA is not responsible for the payment of postage for the exchange of size or article.
